Stitching it togehter
I built a jig using standard PH16 plans.  I used 3/4" battens along the bottom and sides.  Had to offset for the batten and the thickness of the foam.  The jig was built with a bow mold with batten running all the way up.  But I forgot to offset the bow mold, so the bottom and side panels wouldnt meet.  Ripped the bow mold off and cut the battens back.  The foam bends very easy, only needed packing tape to hold it down
