You can receive a partial or full refund of the price of your plans in exchange for pictures of your boat under the following conditions:

• Send us a set of good quality pictures of the building of your boat or of the finished product. You can mail photo prints to us or send scans by ftp. Please do not email large scans. If you do not have a scanner, we will provide you with high resolution scans of your pictures.
• A good set of pictures of the building of a boat is worth a 50% refund of the price of the plans. A good set of pictures of the finished boat is also worth 50% which means that if you send pictures of the building and the finished work of art, you may receive a 100% refund. The refund is limited to $ 50.00 per set, $ 100.00 total. Mailing charges etc. are not refunded.
• We don't need pictures for every boat: look at our site and if we don't show any photos, there is good chance that we will accept yours.
• Even if you see pictures for that boat, please send us yours. We may not refund anything but if we use your pictures online, we will send you a voucher of $ 10.00 per photo that we use. You can use that voucher to buy more plans or give it to a boat building friend.
• In all cases, if we use your pictures, we will give you credit (post your name) for it.
• We are the sole judge of the quality of the pictures: sorry but we don't want to have to argue about that with fellow boat builders
• . . . to send pictures by ftp, ----> our ftp server is temporarly closed due to some abuse by hackers. They tried to use it to distribute "warez" . . . We will soon announce a new and safer location but in the mean time, please attach your graphic files to email.
• If you scan, use 100 dpi max., save as tiff compressed or gif, not jpg. Max. upload in one time is limited to 2 Mb at our ftp location. Email if you need more room, we have 250 Mb free on one of our mirrors.
