Free plans for a 7' 10" dinghy
With building instructions etc. The D4 files have been downloaded more than 100,000 times and D4s are afloat all over the world. This is an old file but a good little boat and the price is right.
The 25 year old file has been converted to PDF but the old email address is wrong. For information about those plans, join the forum.
The new version is the D5 listed at this site. The new plans show more details and some improvements like better the hull panel development, better plan layout, more detailed building notes and updated material use.

T312'dinghy With building instructions etc. T³ is a new designer who mainly focuses on high efficiency designs in wood and composites, in power, sail and human power. T³ is offering this plan to the public for promotional purposes, for a limited time. The catch is anyone who downloads and builds the boat, agrees to send pictures and some feedback on the build to T³. These images will eventually be collated on a webpage showcasing this design. The feedback is also valued to be able to create plans that are as easy to use as possible. The pictures and feedback can be sent to his email, which is on all the design sheets.
